All Saints Hotel

NAP undertook all earthworks and groundworks for a new wing of the All Saints Hotel.

This included the cut and fill for the building pad, all piling foundation including tension piles for the tower crane base, ground beam installation for the foundations, pumping station for sewer and storm drainage.

Our team worked closely with the client to ensure the sequencing allowed the programme for this project to be achieved while working around the events of the live hotel and golf course.
