2 Belvoir Terrance Cambridge

NAP Anglia undertook the groundworks for this Grade II listed Victorian townhouse in the middle of Cambridge. The works involved underpinning the basement to allow for alterations to take place to the existing structure. Once the underpinning was completed the front light well was extended, storm and sewer drainage were reworked, a new floor was poured for the cellar, foundations were dug and poured over the existing sewer and a new connection onto the sewer was completed.
